Medical Waiver and Consent

In this waiver, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Redemption Gym New Plymouth and its affiliates. The term “I” refers to the participant enrolling in Redemption Gym and its services, including Academy, Bootcamp, and any related offerings.

By purchasing this product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following waiver:

Participation and Assumption of Risk

I, the participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily enrolling in Redemption Gym New Plymouth and agree to participate in workouts, training programs, and other services provided ("workouts"). I understand that these workouts involve strenuous physical activities, including but not limited to speed and agility drills, strength and endurance exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, and various other fitness activities.

I confirm that:

  1. I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent or limit my participation in the workouts.
  2. If my health or medical condition changes, I will inform Redemption Gym New Plymouth staff before participating in any further sessions.
  3. I will provide a medical clearance certificate if required, based on a health condition that may be impacted by exercise.

Medical Risks and Liability Release

I understand and accept that participating in the workouts involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Heart conditions or cardiovascular events (e.g., heart attack, blood pressure issues).
  • Bone, joint, or muscle injuries (e.g., strains, sprains, fractures).
  • Other conditions such as dizziness, asthma, or heat-related illnesses.

I release Redemption Gym New Plymouth, its affiliates, successors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or other conditions arising directly or indirectly from my participation in workouts, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing this purchase, I affirm that:

  • I have read and understood this waiver.
  • I accept full responsibility for any health risks associated with my participation.
  • I will not hold Redemption Gym New Plymouth liable for any injuries or health issues incurred during my participation.

Important Notice
If you feel unwell, experience unusual symptoms, or have concerns about your health, do not engage in exercise and consult a qualified medical professional immediately. Inform Redemption Gym New Plymouth of any changes to your health promptly.
